Wouldn’t it be amazing to have some extra money to help you reach your dream goals? I was just browsing the net when I came across this super competition by 3M, the makers of Post-Its (the great way to keep goals and affirmations in mind around your house!)
Well, they are running a monthly competition where you have the chance to win £1500! Now that isn’t something to be sniffed at!
To be in with a chance to win all you have to do is take a picture of your goal written on a sticky note and upload it to the website or type it into the site and they will use their wizardry to pop it onto a note for you.

Hello wonderful friends,
I thought I would tell you a bit more about me – just to help you to build a better picture of who I am and what I am like.
I am a big bit crazy and a whole lot of weird and I love being exactly who I am! I do not worry about what others say about me as it is not important to me what people ‘think’ about me. I have a very joyous and optimistic outlook on life that I have been told is contagious.
I wonder where this weirdness came from? Well I have always felt very supported to be whomever I want to be – from an early age I was very into acting and performing and would sit my family down to watch me perform little plays where I would be caricatures of them! (seriously, if I can find some pictures I promise to get them on the blog!) which was absolutely hilarious…if only for me!
I adore making people laugh and sharing some good humour, lively chit chat or encouraging them to leap out of their comfort zones by doing something offbeat like a random walk in the middle of a crowded shopping area. To me, every day and every moment is like a rainbow or a unicorn, rare and something to be embraced and enjoyed. Yes, you’ve guessed it, I am a bit of a hippy too!
Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am the nutter of any group that I am in and have no inhibitions when it comes to public weirdness! I will try to get some quotes from my friends to back this up!
In my life I have had my ups and downs from bullying to depression and anxiety, long term injury and heartbreak which have all played a HUGE role in who I am and how I see and interact with the world. Being able to see the world from a dark and cavernous cave has helped me to wholeheartedly embrace and savour every amazing moment and thing that comes into or around my life.
My heart is filled with love and joy and I am so pleased to have the opportunity to share it with you and to help you along your journey to fine the joy and happiness in your life. I know that everyone has it in them and the more people that can discover it then the better the world will be.
I look at the world with curious eyes and an interested mind, playing with ideas and going against convention to create my own understanding of the world and the part I play in it (myself this time!!)
If you have any questions for me or would like to know more about why i am the way I am or how I do it, please get in touch! I would absolutely LOVE to hear from you and to share more information with you!
Lots of love, Sarah xXx
…a whole lettuce…like an apple!
I think I am procrastinating! OK, so I know I am!
My online grocery delivery just arrived and I was about to put it away when I looked in the fridge and saw that there was a lettuce that is likely to turn (not any time soon!) and to be honest was taking up too much room in the fridge, space that could well be used for the new food. Soooo, to be productive, I thought…well I had better eat this lettuce then! I hate food waste (check out my food blog that I will be catching upon shortly!) so what better way to prevent it than eating it?!
Here I am manically eating my lettuce!
You know, we all have those ‘I just ate a lettuce’ times in our lives and it is nothing to be ashamed of, it is part of life and sometimes procrastination is a very good thing.
Obviously if we procrastinate too much we won’t get very much done, we will miss deadlines, let people down and never reach our goals in life. However, that being said, we can use procrastination as a way of freeing up our mind, letting it consider other things while we are distracted. Put it this way, I have come up with not only another book idea, but quite a few other blog posts in the time that it took me to eat my lettuce and inevitably write this post. Excellent!
Yeah, OK, I still have to put the shopping away and get back to my housework, but I now have the valuable resource of ideas ready for when I have completed and am back at my computer. The ideas can now play as a reward for me to be very productive so I can get on with my writing, so a win win really… so long as I don’t find something else that needs to be eaten in my fridge!
So tell me, what are your most bizarre ways that you have engaged in procrastination? What makes you procrastinate and put things off?
I just wanted to send out some love and thank you to each and everyone for following my blog and for supporting me in all that I am doing!
You are truly wonderful and I appreciate every single one of you beauties!
To help further increase my profile and spread across the internet, I would very much appreciate if you could share my posts, pictures so that others can find my work encourage me to go further than I ever thought possible!
Love to you all xXx
