You know, there is just 3 things to make today a good day, not matter how bad it may have been (or seemed!)
The simple method if to think about three things that you are grateful for that day (see, that is all the 3 things to make today a good day) I told you it was simple!
…and what’s more, they don’t have to be HUGE things that you are grateful for, they can be as simple as the sun shining through your window, having a nice sharp pencil to sketch with or the delicious taste of your first cup of tea this morning.
By taking some time out to reflect on the things you are grateful for you will soon see that even the worst of days has good in them. They may be small things bt the more you take time to notice them, the more often they will appear.
It is very good practice to keep a gratitude diary* and write down three things that you are grateful for and when you have a a day and are struggling to find the good, you can flick through the pages for inspiration and to remember the other great things that you have noticed.
*great reason to treat yourself to a gorgeous new notebook too!
